If you would like to become a patient at Osborne Family Dentists then the first step is to make an appointment.
Arrival at the clinic
On arrival our friendly reception team will be there to welcome you. They will ask you to complete a medical and dental history form whilst you wait to be called in by the dentist for your examination. If you prefer you can provide your medical and dental history in advance.

Your first dental appointment with us
When its time we'll let you know that we're ready to see you and you'll meet your new dentist for the first time.
Your first appointment is an opportunity for you to get to know us. We'll spend some time with you discussing what it is that you would like us to do for you. Then we will thoroughly examine your teeth, gums, soft tissue, jaw joints, and bite.
Normally we will take digital X-rays to get good view of the condition of your jaw and teeth below the gum line.
If you want further treatment or if we feel it may be necessary then we will explain some treatment options that are available and provide a written estimate.
Your next appointment
We recommend that all patients visit us at least every 6 months. After your exam our reception team will normally ask you when you would like to come back for another routine exam or for further treatment.
